Introduction

Australian people face major problems with their plastic items. Their scientists also try to develop strategies and innovations to decrease the use of plastics. The chosen article in the references list is the main source of the current topics. Plastic is a major problem for Australian society because it affects their environments and seawater. Two different theories are also described in the following section to identify the information about their impacts. This article and this assessment describe how some scientists find a solution to this case. Scientists are also innovative new technologies to describe the plastic population and this is described in the discussion sections. More information and solutions are described in the following sections.

Discussion

In 2018 the new shoes that Australian plastics wastes are increasing day by day. Australia throws more than 3.5 million plastic wastes per year. In the current times, only 4 percent of the plastics wastes are going for the recycling process. Many researchers try to find some sources to develop this problem. Australian scientists also try not to develop their old technologies to new innovations to provide better services or environments for their citizens. The new innovation was created by Len Humphreys and Sydney University professor Thomas Maschmeyer. They said the process of recycling plastics is not a currency process. Some Australian companies also try to recycle their plastics to decrease plastic waste. Plastics affect not only the environment but however also affect humans’ hearts and their sea waters (Zaman & Newman, 2021). Many sea animals are also dying because of it. The scientists say the recycling of plastics can be used for fuel or the use of plastics. The scientists describe that if the recycling process changes and they do some new way of producing oil with it. In addition to this, this idea also creates positive impacts. The researchers say that if the recycling team uses a form of chemicals for their recycling process and then changes their plastics at the molecular level. After reaching the level the team needed to put hot weather on the recycling devices and it made pressure on the plastics and it turned to the oil. This oil also can turn to petrol and diesel and it helps to reduce petrol prices and increase their production. Dr. Humphreys also says that it can be used for developing the material’s temperatures (de Mello Soares et al., 2022). This process says that the plastics can be recycled again and again and people can use them again and again. Australian governments and their citizens also feel relieved to know about those solutions. The company didn’t need to produce more plastics. The governments are also ready to invest in the process of recycling. The other countries’ governments and the researchers also feel interested in recycling their process. The article also describes the problem and the researchers give the solution to increasing the Australian country’s economies and their strategies. Many plastics industries have widely described the crisis with perfects report. The new materials, particularly materials collected from the governments also help to maintain their environments.

Plastic wastages solutions

Identify and critically evaluate using two of the following theoretical principles:

Dynamics of systems

This theory also describes how much the new technology affects the recycling process. This theory is in this problem can solve by the new technologies and systems. The dynamics of systems topics are used for describing the importance of the plastics problem. This theory describes that if plastic use increases then the recycling team needs to develop their policy and use different technologies to decrease the problem (Luczak, 2020). Along with this, it is also observed that, the petroleum industry is also a major diamond in Australia right now so if plastics recycling produce petrol or diesel then it is much helpful for the governments. On the other hand, this theory is a technological theory that defines the new technologies and innovations. It also describes how many the policies and processes make recycling more successful. This theory’s motivation is developed in their invention and produces better environments (de Mello Soares et al., 2022). This theory is most sufficient for these topics because Australian researchers need to develop their technologies and provide better air and environments for their citizens.

Corporate governance

Corporate governance is defined as the system by which the business organizations are operated, monitored and directed by an organization’s management, its board of member, managers, and shareholders in an effective and dynamic manner. The corporate governance framework ensures effective engagement with its stakeholders in the management and helps business firms to evolve with changing times. On the other hand, it is also analyzed and found that, in the modern time of globalization and competition, most of international or global organizations are putting the importance of corporate governance in their minds by balancing the interests of the all stakeholders in an organization including its shareholders, financiers or investors, management, managers, employees, suppliers, distributors, vendor partners, customers, government and the community.

This theory is defined by the fact that society has already gradually shifted focus from manufacturing to automation. This theory also produces individual knowledge towards groups and it creates. In the new framework or the theories that help to develop countries’ economic development, especially some of the organisation, the management organization for changing the corporate governance. Along with this, it should also be noted down that, the corporation’s government theory is also relevant for thesis topics. However, the scientists produce many innovations and solutions for their recycling problems and the governments also feel serves to produce it (Vince & Hardesty, 2018). At the same time, it is also analyzed that, the scientist advises about making petrol or diesel oil from the plastics recycling. The scientists also produce the process of their recycling. This corporation’s government theory is relevant because this theory also prompts their new business policies, new industries, new innovation and many more. This recycling idea also provides new business leads to many companies who work with the plastics they can recycle their plastics and produce new items with them (Luczak, 2020). Some of the plastics companies can use the same waste pastures and recycle them within the new plastics. It can decrease the wastes and their production. In the same way, a range of effective practices and strategies can be used to deal with these types of issues in an effective and proper manner.

Conclusion

After analysis of these assistants and articles, it has been concluded that Australians face a major problem to develop their plastics recycling. The problem is increasing day by day and the Australian scientists are also trying to find a lot of information about these probes and also trying to solve their recycling problem. Some of the university’s scientists also provide different types of solutions to their problems. Australian governments and their citizens also feel relieved to know about those solutions. They are also ready to invest their money in their new recycling process. If the governments and the citizens follow those processes then they can reduce the recycling problems and it also helps them to reduce the production of the new plastics.
