Description of Dyson Dyson Limited is a well established British technology company which manufactures and designs a variety of household appliances. Their products are such as lights, hair dryers, heaters, bladeless fans, hand dryers, air purifiers, vacuum cleaners and many more. This company innovate more effective products which increase their demand in the market and their proper marketing process helps this company to build their brand response better. This company focuses on developing their strategic process and marketing demand too which indicate their proper growth and success goals. Their latest beauty product innovations create a huge response in their customers and also assist this company to better prepare for the future.
Concept of organisational resources and capabilities This company has a flat organisational structure which indicates their proper growth in the market. This company focuses on maintaining workers’ requirements and their employers work there in a large space. This company’s main resource is their organisation culture and management part. Those all help this company to maintain production, distribution, marketing and many more parts and also help this company to develop better. Their capability is to revolve all organisational resources and apply good strategy to focus on creating an engineering design which creates their development too.
Key tools of the organisation This company uses combination tools in their manufacturing process. Through this tool, this company is able to develop their production process and maintain the serial production. This organisation mainly focuses to developing their tools which are connected to their resources.

Value chain analysis helps a company to know about its primary activities based on its taken operation. In which parts, a company has to add the value to make a better growth in the future can be measured from the value chain analysis. Also, it helps to know about the configuration process in which the company can implicate the operations to achieve its inbound and outbound logistics (Mousa et al., 2021). In this part of the assignment, the value chain analysis has been done based on the company Dyson.

Inbound logistics: Inbound logistics is the measurement to calculate the amount of storage or received goods by the organisation, Dyson. It helps to know about the parts of the procurement of fresh goods which helps to fulfill the requirement of the customers.

Operations: After knowing the perfect and accurate amount of goods or products which the company has to manufacture, the taken operations have been measured (Scarlett et al., 2020). It helps Dyson to know about the way through which it can make those requirements at the scheduled time.

Outbound logistics: This step has been taken after completing the manufactured item and the operations have been fulfilled. This process helps Dyson to ship the products to the required places of the customers at the scheduled time.

Marketing and sales: It is the most important part of the value chain of any company as it denotes the actual amount of profit. In this process, the company, Dyson can estimate the amount which it can gain after the sales. Also, through this princess, the exact way which it can take in the future with the gained amount can be measured.

Service: The renewing of a company is always based on its service. If all the parts can be done at its perfect time by the company, Dyson, then it is true that it denotes the best service covered by the company. It helps to enhance the growth of the business with the perfect brand image.

In the development plans the company needs to identify the company’s weaknesses and strengths. In the comparative market, the company has many competitors.

Strength

Dyson Limited companies’ major strength is they produce good quality products and new technological products for their customers. They develop their skill for presenting new technology and innovations. Their products are mostly in bright colors. This company also produces high-quality products and with 3 or 4 years of warranty (Jueseah et al., 2020). Their production like kitchen appliances and many more are already more popular than the others companies. Their board of leaders also encourages people to become engineers in their futures. This company has huge workplaces in their company and their employees also feel comfortable working with their staff. They have leather research departments that help them find their customers’ attractions and customers’ demands. They need to build a strong team for their production to be more effective.

Weakness

Dyson Limited companies have high prices empress their products. It is not possible for all people to buy products in huge amounts. So the Dyson Limited Company needs to lower their prices and it can help them to gain more customers (Dinku et al., 2019). This company also faces major failures on their washing machine productions so they need to develop their washing machine production and gain better reviews. If the company develops its production and product quality then its marketing competitors can feel pressure in their markets. Their low prices can also help them to gain more customers and clients.
