The main customers of the company can be identified as common people of Australia and commercial offices that have taken broadband and dial-up connections of this organization (Linkedin, 2021). The company offers high quality, fast internet services to the customers in the Australian market. It has around 10 employees in an office of the company that provides internet services to people (Netbay Internet, 2021). The company has a friendly customer service strategy used on Netbay Internet. Its reliable technical support of the company also helps to satisfy the needs of all customers across Australia. The company provides customer services and technical support in more than one language, such as English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Organizational Behavior in Netbay Internet

The organization behavior is the culture of actions and decisions made in the company in the favor or against employees. It can be seen in most of the organizations. In the case of Netbay Internet, the organization behavior is not more suitable towards employees. The Netbay Internet has a diverse working culture in which different religious and cultural background people work together. In the organizational behavior of the company, almost all important decisions of the company are taken by the CEO and executed in the business operations with the help of lower level employees (Netbay Internet, 2021).

Therefore, the aggressive work culture in Netbay Internet leads towards confusion among employees of the company. Initially, the openness in the Netbay Internet cannot be seen properly because employees are afraid to speak with the top level management for their personal problems. Moreover, the different education level of the employees in Netbay Internet leads towards miscommunication because of their different languages and diverse cultural background. At this stage, the establishment of a co-operational work culture cannot be seen in this company. At the same time, the behavior of the employees and their attitude play the most important role in the workplaces of the company that increases the values and integrity of the organizational culture (Sharma, 2018). Therefore, the management of the company has planned to change the behavior and thinking of the employees in order to create a culture of giving respect to each other.
Apart from this, the changing mindset of the employees helps to build collaboration at the workplace. A development of interpersonal relationship between employees and management is followed in the company on the priority basis when the behavior and attitude are tried to improve through developing proper communication among employees (Sharma, 2018). Now, the changing behavior and attitude of the employees in the Netbay Internet increases productivity of the company because of improvement of increasing working capabilities and performance of employees.
On the other hand, the organizational behavior that is followed within Netbay Internet is also linked to avoiding training facilities to the employees. This culture of the company discourages employees from working effectively and reduces their working capabilities. In the case of new employees who join the Netbay Internet for first time generally face the challenges in the operations of new technologies. Therefore, the concerns in meeting the needs and expectations of the employees reduce trust level over the management system of the company. At this stage, the organizational behavior which is followed in Netbay Internet as avoiding training facilities for the employees develops a worse impact on the brand image in the market (Sharma, 2018). At this stage, a negative impression of the organization behavior reduces the employees’ satisfaction with work culture. They face problems to cope up with the new technological operations during the internet services network provided to the customers.

Furthermore, the organizational behavior of the company related to encouraging employees through giving any rewards and recognition cannot be seen. Thus, it leads the employees towards low morale when working in the company and reduces their work performance and productivity. Additionally, Netbay Internet pay structure of the employees is not according to the standard of the industry, which also raises a negative impression of the organization culture on the company (Luqman et. al., 2019). The employer of the company also avoids giving any type of promotion to the employees. Therefore, the trust level of the employees on this company is less.

In the organization behavior of the company, the autocratic leadership structure is followed in which the main decisions are taken by top level executives, such as the CEO and other employees follow the orders and perform to achieve the goals of the company. In Netbay Internet has several managers that manage different works of the company, such as marketing, information technology, HR, network engineer management, etc. At this stage, managers of different departments follow their view differently (Luqman et. al., 2019). This situation leads towards the development of conflicts at the workplaces and negativity of the organization culture towards job satisfaction and behavior.

The organizational behavior which is also followed in Netbay Internet can be identified as lack of specialization of the employees. This situation creates different types of problems for the employees to face in the company during work and challenges to address them properly. At this stage, the organization productivity of the Netbay reduces to a large extent in the business operations. The lack of specialization of the employees affects the quality of customer services provided to users or clients of the company (Luqman et. al., 2019). Such ways of organization culture of the Netbay Internet hamper the functioning of the organization and its performance in the competitive market place.

The harassment of the employees is also common within Netbay Internet, which needs to be prevented through introducing new rules. Furthermore, it can also be stated that the junior level employees should take their own decisions and contribute to the growth of the company with increasing market share and brand image. The company should also focus on giving rewards and recognition to the employees and developing effective organization culture.
