Moreover, reduction in the revenue and sales is the main problem of the company. Moreover, the company is focus on offering of luxury products not essential products. The following discussed below are the main problems of the company such as:

The marketing and business strategies of the company are not effective and innovative and it is totally depends on word- of- mouth marketing strategy which is considered unreliable strategy. The products offered by the company are not as per the mindset of the customer. It indicates, the company is unable to satisfy the end needs of the customers. Pete is outdated technology as it focuses on manual subsystems to maintain the records of purchase, orders, accounting etc. So, there is lack of advanced and innovative technology within the company to run the business operations successfully. The products offered by the company are not easy accessible and available for customers because it has competitive advantageous position in the market (Buics, 2020).

The next problem for the company is excessive paperwork. For case, all the records of sales and bookkeeping are maintain in the paper. The company does not use computerized system to run the operations. The customers are required to pay the price of the product before 21 days of delivery. This is affecting the satisfaction level of the customers negatively. On the other hand, it is also analyzed that, lack of inventory management is also a key issue for the company. Moreover, miscommunication, misunderstanding, and lack of mutual understanding among the employees are other issues that affecting success or growth of the company.

BPM Approach in the Operations of Pete Dynatrix Pty. Ltd

This section will explain why Pete Dynatrix is need of process optimization. It is found from the past data and records of the company that, the company is facing business issues and due to this there is reduction in the sales, profit and revenues. The company is mainly focus on performing well than its competitors. There is high competition in the market due to globalization, changes in the markets and liberalization of economies. So, in order to compete and be success in the market, the company is needed to re-design its various business processes and system as per BPM. Otherwise, it may face tight competition from the other players in the industry. So, company should focus on innovation and creativity via BPM method (Trauer, Wöhr, Eckert, Kannengiesser, Knippenberg, Sankowski, & Zimmermann, 2021).

 It is also analyzed that, due to changes in the business process and increased business complexity, daily innovation, and changes in the needs and expectations of the customers etc. are the key reasons that suggest the company should adopt BPM approach. Along with this, in order to gain loyalty and retain the customer, this method should be used by the company as this will help in re- alignment of business process. The company is also needed this approach to add the value to customer satisfaction. Moreover, this will help in improving the overall business performance and attaining competitive scope & advantages over competitors.

On the basis of above analysis, discussion and findings, it is suggested to the company that, it should focus on adopting BPM approach in order to deal with issues faced. For case, the company should align its vision, mission and long term objectives with the business activities through BPM approach. Moreover, in order to resolve the conflict and tensions among the employees, there should be an open flow of communication. There should be mutual understanding and trust among the employees so that all the policies can be communicated to employees successfully.

 It is also focus on change management on the regular basis to deal with the dynamic external environment. Along with this, there should be a proper organizational structure so that responsibility as well as authority can be explained effectively. The company should adopt an effective information system and focus on adopting innovative and advance technologies in order to bring innovation and development within the current operations, process and systems. Along with this, the company should also introduce new products so that the customer can buy easily. This will help in improving the satisfaction level of customers. Finally, it is also suggested that, the company should follow specific rules, regulations, standards and norms in order to take the benefits of BPM approach in an effective and proper manner.
