The way through which BPMN has used in process analysis of Woolworths

Potential challenges

The work flow structure is very strict if an organization follows this BPMN model. This model also does t not clear how to differentiate each activity of the business process which sometimes creates problems. The BPMN model is not flexible sometimes and that is the reason leaders face some challenges after implementing this BPMN model into the business process. Sometimes BPMN models jump start the activity of the business process which is not understood by the employees. It sometimes takes more time to execute which is not required for the business process. This model describes the activities as per the logical perspective which is not easy to understand for the employees sometimes. This model is unable to define multiple factors that is the reason organizations face challenges after applying the BPMN model in the process analysis process.

Organization perspective

Woolworths are unable to find actual information provided by the BPMN model which is hectic for them (Mending et al., 2018). These models provide logic a information which is not easy to understand. BPMN model is unable to define multiple factors which are problematic for Woolworths. Employees feel uneasy to work with this model as they cannot get the clear information so they fail to achieve their work goal. BPMN model does not provide a detailed sequence through which Woolworths managers are facing problems.

Identify opportunities in business process management

If an organization wants to identify the opportunities through which the improvements occur then they have to understand the development process and also understand the possible solutions through which they are able to improve. First identify the appropriate business strategy which is applicable for the business process and identify if this model or strategy is rough approach for the business development.

Feasibility analysis of applying tools

This model works with software repositories and also drives the data for the sites which helps the managers of the organization (Heinze, Stefanko & Amme, 2020). This model helps to manage the food production system through which the workload gets reduced (Akhmetova et al., 2019). BPMN model helps to design the models and also helps to evaluate the business management flow. BPMN model evaluates the proposed approach which is helpful for the company. This model also defines the classifications which is helpful for the business evaluation. This model automatically transforms the large-scale works into simplified form (Dechsupa, Vatanawood & Thongtak, 2018). BPMN models discovered infinite loops which is helpful for the business process analysis.

Conclusion

After going through the entire assent process it can be concluded business proceed models application helps Woolworths to simplify the projects and also helps them to structure the process. It also helps them to understand the viewpoint of the customers which also helps them to develop the business process. Process analysis tools help the managers to identify the errors and also help them to go with the workflow which increases the productivity among the employees in the organization (Mending et al., 2018). Through the help of process improvement tools the managers get the ideas of the actual work process of running projects which helps them to execute the work process in an inefficient way which helps them to reach out the goal within time limit and also develops the business process.
