Telstra Corporation limited is one of the most popular telecommunication companies all over the world. This company operates telecommunication networks, pay televisions, mobiles, voices, internet accessories and many more other products worldwide. This is an Australian company and this is the largest telecommunication company that expands their business worldwide. Their full range of services and telecommunication networks help this company to build its position in the market. This company enhanced formal strategic planning for their business growth which is an effective stage of the company expansion. Through this, this company became more powerful.

Discussion

Telstra corporation limited developed its position after applying proper business plans in their business structure. This company needs to establish a formal strategic plan to execute the process of business and create a great environment for the organisation to run (Marshall, Dale & Wilson, 2021). This company needs to develop a strategy such as simplifying their products offering which is easily accessible to the customers and create a digital evolution for the company. To execute this strategic process, there are some steps that help this company to properly execute this formal strategic planning process and create a great operating environment.

Appropriate formal strategic planning for Telstra

Telstra is an Australian multinational telecommunication company that focuses on developing its internal and external factors and also wants to implement the appropriate strategy in its business structure. The appropriate formal strategic planning process for this company is to simplify their products offering which is easy to connect with the customers and also create a better digital experience for the customers (Thomas et al., 2021). This company also needs to change its infrastructure which helps this company to build its future better and drive a potential success. In the strategic point, the company has many different types of strategies that help rhythm to manage their products. The corporate strategy plan or the management’s plan implicates companies’ management sectors or departments. The customer’s satisfaction related with their customers and then utilised their customers need then produce their products as per customer’s satisfaction. This company has a very strong strategy that helps them to develop their productivities and market plans. The different objects that help them to achieve their goals are described in the following sections.

All of the objects that the company produces it’s also clear and specific for companies’ developments. This strategy helps to manage employees’ performances and helps them to focus on their target markets. This specific management also helps to identify which employees need the training to gain more skills and talents (Marshall et al., 2021). This strategy also educates their employees and helps them develop their technological knowledge.

Measurable

The measurement objects of the Telstra companies help them to meet their deadlines. This section mostly reflects the quality and quantity of the company’s programs and achievements. This strategy helps to achieve their goals at the right times. This strategy is mostly created for their product descriptions (Kelly, Cornwell & Singh, 2019).
